Is there really such a thing as a FREE roof?
YES THERE IS ! Pirate Roofing & Radiant Barrier can re-roof your home with little or NO money out of your pocket. We walk you through the insurance claims process, handle any supplements and even meet with your adjuster when they come out to do their initial inspection. Ask us for references of our customers that paid ZERO out of pocket!
 
Don't I have  pay the insurance company my deductible?
NO, after the insurance deems your roof totalled they cut you a check  less your deductible and less recoverable depreciation, after the roof is completed Pirate Roofing & Radiant Barrier submits paperwork to the insurance carrier and a secondary check (the depreciation) is released to you.
 
How do I know if I have enough damage for an insurance claim?
If you do not have an ongoing claim started, simply give us a call, we will do a full evaluation and give you our honest opinion, If you need a roof we can walk you through the process, and if you do not need a new roof we will tell you that as well.
 
Different insurance companies / policies may have slightly different procedures in the way they handle insurance claims funds, however Pirate Roofing & Radiant Barrier will walk you through the process as we are familiar with these differences.
